Requesting a branch appointment online is easy!
First, sign on to CIBC Online Banking using your CIBC Convenience Card®.

Then select "My Message Centre" from the left-hand navigation menu and select the "Write to Us" link. A new window will appear.

Select "Request a branch appointment" from the "Category" dropdown menu. Then select the option that best meets your needs from the "Sub-category" dropdown menu.

In the "Message" field, please provide your contact information, including the best telephone number to reach you at and a preferred time during the day to contact you (morning or afternoon). Select the "Send" button at the bottom of the screen to request your appointment.
