Making a bill payment at a CIBC Instant Teller® is easy and convenient.

Any bills you want to pay must first be registered through a Branch, Online Banking or Telephone Banking. To register your bills, collect your bill stubs and find a branch, sign on to Online Banking or call Telephone Banking customer support at 1-800-465-2422.

In order to pay your bills, insert your Convenience Card, enter your PIN, select "Pay Bills or Credit Card" and then follow the prompts.

To pay your bills, you need:

  • Your payee(s) to be registered previously through a Branch, Online Banking or Telephone Banking
  • The account you'll make your bill payments from
  • The dollar amount of the bill payment
