Obtain Balances

You can obtain balances for all of your accounts in-branch, including:

• Chequing/Savings accounts
• Mortgages
• CIBC Loans (not including student loans)
• Personal Lines of Credit

Mutual Fund account balances are also available from licensed brokers that you can access in-branch.

Your CIBC VISA card balances are also available in-branch, although not in real time. In-branch systems do not have access to detailed transaction histories, and the balance reflected is two business days behind for all transactions.
