Review Transaction History

Your most recent transaction history can be reviewed through a branch representative.

The in-branch system has immediate access to your unprinted transaction history- whether in your passbook or monthly statement. If you require access to past transactions*, copies can be ordered in-branch for a fee.

To review your transaction history, you need:

• Your Convenience Card or account information
• Details on any specific transactions you want to review

*Transations records are subject to CIBC's record retention policy. Most records are retained for 5-7 years, depending on the record.
