The Convenience Card™
your key to banking at CIBC

The CIBC Convenience Card is your passport to convenient banking with CIBC. Your Convenience Card enables you to bank on your computer, by telephone or by bank machine. With your unique card number and the passwords you choose, you have secure access to CIBC's full suite of banking services.

With your Convenience Card, you can:

  • Access any of your CIBC chequing, savings and VISA accounts
  • Set up regular bill payments at your convenience
  • Make purchases without cash or credit using INTERAC Direct Payment

Don't have a Convenience Card?

You will receive your Convenience Card after you open a new account at CIBC. To open a CIBC account, call Telephone Banking (toll-free, 24 hours) at 1-866-525-8622 or visit your local CIBC branch.
