Address Change

Address changes can be made through Telephone Banking by accessing a Financial Services Representative. Representatives are available to assist you during business hours at 1-800-465-2422 or 1-888-337-2422 (for service in French).

All address changes will take effect immediately unless you notify the agent of a future effective date. If you have joint accounts, both account holders must call in to update their address information.

Please ensure that you have both your current and updated address information available when you call.

To update your contact information for services other than your primary banking:

• For Commercial or Business Visa cards, call CIBC Commercial Cards Services at 1-800-652-3888
• For changes to your CIBC Securities Inc. (Mutual Funds) accounts, call 1-800-465-3863
• For changes to your CIBC Investors Services Inc. account(s), call 1-800-567-3343
• For CIBC Wood Gundy accounts, contact your CIBC Wood Gundy Investment Advisor
• For a Group Investment Plan managed by CIBC, contact your plan administrator
• For services including Personal Portfolio Service, Wallet Depository Service, Dealer Plan Loans, Fixed Term Annuities, Life Income Funds and CIBC Private Investment Counsel Products, contact your branch
