Directors Independence Standards

The Board of Directors has adopted the independence standards set out in this policy. These standards are derived from the Affiliated Persons Regulations under the Bank Act (Canada), the corporate governance rules of the New York Stock Exchange and the corporate governance guidelines of the Toronto Stock Exchange.
