Linda Hartford has over 20 years of experience in trust services. Her expertise is in Indigenous trust structuring and relationship management.
Linda has an honours BA (Economics) degree from the University of Toronto, and holds the CFP, TEP, FMA and FEA designations. She is a member of the National Aboriginal Trust Officers Association (NATOA), having completed NATOA’s accreditation, and speaks regularly at Indigenous conferences (and in Communities) on trust structures and financial literacy. Linda is also a member of AFOA Canada, and the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Linda has profound respect for the Indigenous peoples in Canada, their suffering, and their struggle for equality and self-government. She shares a personal interest in the future of Canada’s Indigenous people with her spouse, who is Métis. Linda’s work is based on the principles of respect and responsibility, and her goal is to be part of the solution in her service to communities.
Linda is privileged to live and work in the traditional territory of the Lkwungen people and to sail on the Salish Sea.
