"I didn’t go to school for design but I discovered my passion for creativity can fit into my career. I started on the CIBC innovation team a few years back as a student. I’ve always enjoyed designing in my personal life, and my leadership team saw my potential and gave me opportunities to grow my design skills. From designing logos to actually creating prototypes for our sprints, experiential learning has really helped me with my upskilling.
CIBC continues to give me the space to keep learning and growing. If we fail, we work together to turn it around and try again. It’s cool to see the impact our team has on clients every day.
