Earn while you learn. Get valuable exposure to different areas of Internal audit and Finance while you work towards your CPA designation with CIBC’s Pre-Approved Program.

Program details

A 3-year rotational program; each rotation is 12 months
First rotation is in Internal Audit or Tax, depending on your depth area and the second rotation is in Finance.
Final rotation will be your preferred area of focus
All placements are designed to meet the CPA competency requirements

Eligibility criteria

Completion of academic pre-requisites and admission to the CPA Professional Education Program (CPA PEP) prior to starting the Program
Strong academic performance in finance, accounting, tax, audit and other related areas
Participation in leadership, team and extra-curricular activities and volunteer experience
Advanced presentation, verbal and written communication skills
