The Financial Advice Campus Development Program is a full-time development program that positions you for a career as an Associate Financial Advisor. The program lasts 7 to 9 months.

Program details

The program offers 3 rotations where you’ll work with various mentors, leaders and partner groups to learn the necessary skills while attaining a professional MFDA certification within the program.
Upon completion of the FACDP, associates transition into the role of Associate Financial Advisor.
As an Associate Financial Advisor, you will manage your own portfolio of clients, while building lasting relationships and providing the advice they need to help make their ambitions real.

Eligibility criteria

You’re in your final year of studies or you graduated from an undergrad or grad program within the last 2 years
Keen interest in financial planning, building relationships and delivering advice to grow your portfolio

Required skills

Willingness to learn, grow and develop their ability to deliver robust financial plans in a client-facing role
