The Graduate Leadership Development Program is a full-time, 2-year development program that positions MBA and master’s graduates to become future leaders at CIBC.
Program details
- The program offers four, 6-month rotations, which provide associates with opportunities to explore the breadth of revenue-generating, functional and strategic units in the bank.
- Associates gain experience with a wide range of financial or business issues including reviews of competitive markets, improvements to operating performance, workforce transformations and insights to special projects.
- GLDP Associates can get involved in meaningful work outside their rotations like inclusion and diversity initiatives, program committees, enterprise events, recruitment and more.
- The GLDP sets associates up for success with comprehensive orientations and training, individual and group learning courses, exclusive events with senior leaders, and an executive and GLDP alumni mentor.
