Every summer CIBC’s SWAT Program Associates will have an opportunity to work on real CIBC Business Challenges and present their innovative solutions to our Senior Executive team and CEO. Teams are mentored by senior leaders and senior executives. This gives the students the opportunity to elevate their co-op term with CIBC, while building on their researching, team work, leadership, and innovative skills. Teams are challenged to use their creativity to deliver a solution that is feasible, demonstrates their innovativeness and that will have a positive impact on CIBC’s future for our employees, clients and processes.
This intense and innovative SWAT Program is open to 20 co-op undergrad and 20 co-op grad students each summer and is a supplementary opportunity to their work term. Students will use their leadership, creativity, innovativeness and team work skills to drive change and make an impact on CIBC’s future for our clients, employees and technology.
