The Technology Graduate Rotational Program is a full-time, fast-paced 2-year rotation program within technology. The program is dedicated to launching the careers of previous CIBC co-op students.

Program details

TGRP offers three 8-month rotations driven by associates’ passions, career interests and business demand.
TGRP equips associates with the tools needed to launch their careers through numerous networking and professional development opportunities.
TGRP Associates foster the program’s strong sense of community by leading and participating in initiatives dedicated to learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and more!
Upon completion, associates are well positioned to take on progressive roles within technology at CIBC to advance their career.

Eligibility criteria

Completed a minimum of one 4-month co-op or internship at CIBC
Graduated within the last 2 years or will graduate within the next 12 months
Passion for technology
