Technology Leadership Advancement Program (TLAP)

TLAP program is a full-time 2-year leadership development program that positions MBA and master’s graduates to become future technology leaders at CIBC.
Program details
- The program offers three 8-month rotations, which provide associates with opportunities to explore strategic and impactful technology groups across the bank, with the option to do one placement on a business team.
- Associates can explore the full range of technology domains at CIBC. Example domains include transformational initiatives, emerging technologies, and business-facing technology delivery.
- TLAP Associates can get involved in meaningful work outside their rotations like inclusion and diversity initiatives, program committees, enterprise events, recruitment and more.
- TLAP sets associates up for success with comprehensive orientations and training, individual and group learning courses, exclusive events with senior leaders, and an executive and TLAP alumni mentor.
