Wilma Ditchfield

Wilma Ditchfield's career in financial services spans over 30 years. This vast experience has led her to manage the CIBC Private Wealth National Office and Wealth Solutions. In this role, Wilma oversees head office functions including Digital, Marketing, Communications and the strategy, development and management of wealth products and solutions. As part of the leadership team, she is accountable for leading initiatives that deepen and enhance the client experience and drive growth.

Wilma has worked across various areas in CIBC and has held multiple regional and national roles as part of the CIBC Private Wealth leadership team. Most recently she was Senior Vice-President, National Office, CIBC Private Wealth and Imperial Service.

Wilma leverages her industry knowledge and deep CIBC roots to positively influence how we move forward in an ever-evolving financial and economic environment. She consistently demonstrates strong partnership with her peers across the organization. This helps us to effectively integrate with our partners so we can bring the best of CIBC to our clients.

Wilma is active in the community and is recognized for her significant contributions, both personally and professionally. She is passionate about and dedicates time and support to the CIBC One for Change program, Run for the Cure and Miracle Day, and is a member of the Major Donor Circle of the United Way of Greater Toronto.

When not working or giving back to her community, Wilma enjoys spending time with family, often through travelling the world with her children and grandchildren.
