That commitment involves three aspects. Firstly, our CFA Indigenous Scholarship program, which is designed to ensure that more Indigenous individuals are participants in the financial system that we operate in.

Secondly, we're focused on a reconciliation and Indigenous rights policy, and lastly, a focus on stewardship.

We work with investee companies to ensure they have an adequate approach to reconciliation, that they are aligned with the values that we hold important related to Indigenous rights.
