Effective September 1, 2022, the following document has been updated:
• 8905QC – Immovable Hypothec-Personal
(English Version)
The English version has been converted into a bilingual form to make sure that there is a French extract that may be filed with the Land Registry. We ask that you only complete the blanks as you’ve done in the past and that no modifications are done to the form. Please immediately discontinue use of any previous versions of this form that you may have printed or saved, as it is obsolete since it won’t comply with the new requirements of filing exclusively in French.
Effective December 17, 2017, the following documents have been updated for the Province of Manitoba:
- Document Completion Instructions Collateral/HPP/SPLC 5722 has been added
- 10629 Instructions to Solicitor
- 11697 – Form 16.1 – Schedule to for part of the Mortgage has been removed
- 6213 Consumer General Collateral Mortgage – Standard Charge Terms
- 6260 – Form 6.1 Mortgage Land Titles has been removed. Please visit the Manitoba Property Registry website to access the Smart Form
