The English version has been converted into a bilingual form to make sure that there is a French extract that may be filed with the Land Registry. We ask that you only complete the blanks as you’ve done in the past and that no modifications are done to the form. Please immediately discontinue use of any previous versions of this form that you may have printed or saved, as it is obsolete since it won’t comply with the new requirements of filing exclusively in French.
