Founder of HOOPQUEENS

As a former varsity athlete, Keesa’s exposure to inequity in women’s sports fueled her passion for improving the reality of female athletes in Canada. She is the CEO and Founder of HOOPQUEENS, Canada’s first professional women’s basketball league.

Sports medicine student

A former guard for the University of Toronto (Mississauga), Leslie is determined to improve the game for future generations by pursuing a Masters for Health Sciences specializing in sport.
