• Self-register securely. Safely access Visa Spend Clarity for Business and run online reports for any or all registered company cards.
• Assign and manage cardholder permissions. Assign 3 different roles — Visa Administrator, Business Administrator, and Bank Administrator — with distinct access privileges, depending on business role or needs.
• Create custom or ad-hoc spending categories. Assign permissions to transactions so you can track card spending for specific operations.
• Schedule alerts and reports. Decide when and how often to receive them.
• Access Visa Spend Clarity for Business on mobile devices. Manage reports and track spending on-the-go, and receive near real-time spend notifications.
• Push transactions to accounting software. Supported software includes Intuit QuickBooks Online^®, Sage for Business^™, and Xero^™.

2. Enter your business email. Select Register or Sign In.
3. Complete the required Account Information. Read and accept the Electronic Communication Policy and Terms and Conditions/Privacy Policy. Check the boxes to acknowledge.
4. Select Begin Validation. Important: Register the primary card for the business first. To verify the primary card, review your Business Plus Credit Card enrollment form.
5. When registration is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
6. You can enroll company credit cards to your accounting application so your transactions flow to QuickBooks Online, Sage for Business or Xero.
