1. Sign on to CIBC Online Banking®.
2. Go to your Credit Card Account Details page.
3. To shop with Aventura Points, select an eligible pending transaction and then select “Redeem with Points.”
4. To pay down your credit card or contribute to another eligible CIBC product, select “Payment with Points,” fill in your information and choose how you want to redeem your points.
