If you’re operating under a business name, have:

Trade Name Registration or Master Business License, and
Two pieces of personal identification (including one with photo)

You own a corporation

If your business is incorporated, have one of the following:

Articles or Certificate of Incorporation/Amalgamation
Certificate of Existence
Certificate of Corporate Status
Two pieces of personal identification (including one with photo)

If your business is operating under a registered Trade Name, have:

Trade Name Registration or Master Business License, and
Two pieces of personal identification (including one with photo) for any person owning 25% or more of the business

You’re in a partnership

If your business is a General Partnership, have the following, where applicable:

Partnership Registration
Partnership Agreement
Certificate of Corporate Status

You run an unincorporated association

A letter from the organization disclosing who has authority to open and operate the account
